Research & Innovation

Scientific research and engineering help us better understand the world, providing tools to live healthier, happier lives. Research and innovation do not happen in a vaccum — they are done by people within institutions and cultural frameworks. I work to illuminate the context for research and innovation. Translating complex ideas for lay audiences is a fascinating process, a skill I have improved both through work experience and my minor in Science Communication and Public Engagement.
